What is Zaharah.com / RunwayZara.com and what is the difference. 

Zaharah.com or we are also known as RunwayZara.com used to be a wholesale hijab website, however, now we provide more than hijabs through retail only but at affordable prices whilst maintaining high quality standards. We no longer provide nor sell in wholesale quantity. 

There is no difference between the two sites, however, you may choose to refer to us as Hijabzaharah.com 

Who is RunwayZara.com ?

RunwayZara.com is an exclusive, Internationally recognized online store providing an exclusive shopping experience for our products. 

How many types of products does RunwayZara.com offer?

Products may range from Hijabs, Clothing, Lenses, Cosmetics or Beauty items. We are constantly looking for new items to provide, suggestions are welcomed via email through info@runwayzara.com

Anyone and Everyone.

What is the dispatch time from the date of my order? 

This would depends on items and the warehouse location. Some items have ready stocks in our warehouse while others have to be gathered by other various warehouses we work with around the world. 

How much does products of RunwayZara.com cost?

We try to bring everyone the most competitive prices for the best quality product that we offer. 

Where does RunwayZara.com products comes from? 

All products comes from our own factory, warehouses but some may also comes from our partners warehouses around the world. We constantly work hard to bring you the best product quality there is. We work hand in hand with various countries manufacturers to make sure of this. 

I’ve already placed my order but now want to change the colour. Is that possible? 

Unfortunately, once shipping has been processed which is rather fast, we will not be able to make any changes to your order. However, you can send us an email, we can try our best to help you get exactly what you wanted. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the change is possible to be made otherwise it will stay as per your original order. 

Can RunwayZara.com provide us free samples? 

Our apologies as we do not provide free samples

Do you supply coupon discounts? 

Yes we do. Keep yourself updated through our newsletters for promotions and fantastic discounts.

To which countries does RunwayZara.com ship?  

We ship worldwide, to all countries.

How long will I receive my order?  

You may check shipping information at checkout or at our website footer menu for more details. 

How do I place my order? 

The order procedure is as follows:

  1. Register first. Be very precise by filling out your correct details. After it is accepted into the system, it cannot be changed.
  2. Click ‘Buy Now’.
  3. Select the colour, size or other attributes.
  4. Select the quantity desired.
  5. Once you have selected everything for your order, click ‘add to cart’.
  6. Once item has been added to your cart, check if your order is correct.
  7. Then, you will be given 2 options: 'Continue Shopping' or go to 'Shopping Cart'
  8. If you wish to add more items, you may click on 'Continue Shopping'
  9. If you are done shopping, you may go to the top header (right side of the website) by clicking on the shopping cart.
  10. Click ‘CHECKOUT’ and in the next window, fill in your details.
  11. Select your shipping method.
  12. Select your payment method
  13. After payment is done, you will receive a copy of your order by e-mail.  Upon confirmation of your order by Zaharah.com, you will received a confirmation email with the information that the order is being processed, finally you will receive the tracking number for your order.

 

NOTES:

  •  Please take extra care while selecting colors or sizes, as it may be impossible to change later.
  •  Shipment tracking usually takes 2-3 business days to adapt into the Post System. Therefore it may not immediately show up for trackings.

What if I need some information about my order?

Send an email to info@runwayzara.com. Always include your Full Name and your Order Number.

For what reason would a shipment be returned to RunwayZara.com ?

It may be because:

  1. The recipient address is unknown.
  2. Address was incorrectly entered at registration.
  3. Your order was undelivered and had not been picked up at the Post Office after a period of time 

In all above cases, we treat the order as void and will proceed to do a refund minus the postage/shipping cost.
